Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Complete All 5-6 Strategic Steps: Follow every step of our trading methodology as taught in the WarRoom
2. Document Your Process: Keep detailed records of each step taken, including dates, times, and actions
3. Provide Proof: Submit step-by-step evidence of your implementation
4. Show Results: Demonstrate that despite following all steps, you faced losses
5. Submit Within 90 Days: Request refunds within 90 days of purchase
6. Maintain Membership: Keep your WarRoom membership active during the evaluation period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Compile Your Evidence: Gather all documentation of the 5-6 steps you completed
2. Create a Detailed Report: Write a comprehensive report showing:
   • Step-by-step breakdown of actions taken
   • Dates and times of each action
   • Screenshots or evidence of implementation
   • Trading results and losses incurred
   • Any challenges faced during implementation
3. Send to Support: Email your complete report to support.cryptowithsarvesh@gmail.com
4. Include Your Details: Provide your purchase receipt, membership ID, and contact information
5. Await Review: Our team will review your submission within 7-10 business days

What Qualifies as Proof

Acceptable proof includes:

• Screenshots of trading positions and entries
• Trading journal entries with timestamps
• Exchange account statements showing trades
• Video recordings of your trading process
• Detailed written documentation of each step
• Communication records with support team

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Your WarRoom membership will be deactivated
• You will receive a confirmation email with refund details

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• You did not follow all 5-6 steps as taught
• You cannot provide adequate proof of implementation
• The refund request is submitted after 90 days
• You violated the Terms & Conditions
• You shared membership access with others
• You did not maintain active membership during evaluation
